I had it done at one of those (just up the hill from Kings Cross, towards Angel)

They were very nice. Seemed to know what they talking about.

(I did subsequently knacker my knee a bit. But that, I am pretty sure, was 'cos of the other bit of advice above - I ran too quickly, too far, too soon. Had the problem that I was aerobically fit from all my cycling, but my legs and knees weren't ready to run at the pace that my lungs and heart were...)
