I don't understand what part of that statement is racist?

If they were convicted of serious rapes/murder and had been in a state where the death penalty was legal they would of got it?

And if those people were acquitted then it's a failure of the justice system and the prosecutors.

You understand that by proportion black people commit more crime then any other ethnicity. And the majority of it is black on black crime.
