Ebuyer are reputable.

In fact they had an outstanding reputation for dealing with returns and that kind of thing last time I paid any attention (which was a while ago tbf). They were set up in Sheffield by a bunch of people I used to work with, so I knew the lot of them (including the c**ts, of which there were non-zero, right at the top, so the good reputation came as something of a surprise to me.) This was all more than a decade ago though, probably I dont know anyone there now.
