Actually we had to watch out for that with my dad as he was also diabetic which

increases the chances of that happening once they are not moving much.

Anyway that’s a bit of a gross angle on it. Most of the palliative work is guiding doctors, nurses, patient and family toward the best way on which to carry out the wishes of the patient.
