Only statutory aggravating factor is that he was drunk (one imagines). Mitigating factors would be no previous (I assume) and previous good character (I assume). Pleaded not guilty.

I reckon Joe Schmo would get a high community service order but that the Recorder will be sweating cobs about publicity issues with a footballer (I would be) and so might give him a few weeks.
