Leeds spy gate 'nothing illegal'

Most of the conversations I've heard on this have focused on them not breaking FA rules.

But the chap was caught in Derby's training ground with wirecutters.

So it's not clear if he had to cut his way in...

Looks like there are questions about:

Criminal damage
Trespass
Breaking and entering

Aren't there?
