I agree. And if the next one is remain, appease the leavers by promising a referendum

every five or ten years or something. Obviously then don’t repeat the same f**k up and set a minimum required majority or make it non binding but still make sure that the public opinion is not ignored if a second referendum results in remain.

Mind you if it were to be leave as I suspect it would, we’d be up the same creek without the same paddles.
