On what grounds?

The EFL suggest it might be against the terms of a charter signed at the start of this season, so i guess it depends if thats found to be the case, and how much importance that charter is considered to have.

In my opinion, they havent really done much wrong and there's a load of mock outrage about it. If the pure form of the sport is not to have any knowledge of your opponent then surely watching their matches back is cheating too?
