Dunno how much the rest of the team respect them. Hard to tell if there's a leadership problem when there's so little stability in the starting 11. Mr.earnshaw, meet your teammates this week.

Hopefully we'll see a settled side shake out in the remainder of the season (whether worthy stays or goes we need to see which parts of the squad will do a Holt/Iwan and settle in to do a job for us and which parts of the squad (obviously RM) need strengthening)
