I did once bump into Lambert in Chicago’s.

He was on his own. He had a suit on. We bought him a drink and he was polite but given we were on the verge of promotion at the time I remember thinking how strangely dispassionate he was about it all. I guess the difference between a fan and a football professional who has moved around a fair bit. Can’t recall if he pulled any munters!
