I agree. Trybull grew into it but ultimately he does not give us quite the same

solidity and structure that Tettey does because he can;t cover quite as much ground. I felt there were two or three occasions in the first half where we gave the ball away whilst attacking and Villa players had an unopposed 50 yards run at our defence. Once of these led to the corner for their goal. That wouldn't happen with Tettey playing. They weren't Tettey's man (as pointed out last night Cantwell wasn't always tracking back) but he would have been in that gap and he would have got across and broken up the play by either winning the ball or fouling the man. He is just like a big comfort blanket for the defence and gives the full backs and midfielders more freedom to roam forward because he will cover them.

Its good to know we can win without Tettey and Trybull did indeed get better as the game went on but i'd like Tettey back for Saturday please.
