Indeed. If you keep losing for LONG periods then there's clearly a problem

But short-term* (say, us at the start of the season) you can get results that don't match your performance because of those small incidents. IF your underlying performances are decent, though, those small incidents should eventually even up a bit and you'll start getting the results you deserve. As we have.

*short-term can be a few months, not just a few weeks.
