Right now, it feels like the club is getting it right.

Too early to tell if it is or will be a success - but it's giving us all a warm glow.

Achievement comes in many forms but I think it's safe to say that we're able to identify more with the likes of Max Aarons and Todd Cantwell than, say, Johann Elmander and Steven Naismith.
