I think there are a few reasons

The players we buy are selected to fit our system. They all buy into the tactics and system we play. They all seem decent people and good professionals who train hard. Any players who don’t fit in have been removed pretty sharpish. There seems to be a real togetherness about the squad, all the players help each other and play for each other.

Another thing I’ve noticed as well, all our players seem to play at their peak game after game. Tettey has been as good as ever this season and played loads of minutes suggesting he is managed really well during training.
