Oh - is that where those come from? I thought they'd grown there or something.

It seemed unlikely to my naive mind that people would go to the trouble of picking up their Fenton's faeces only to leave it on trees when they might as well have left it where it had fallen if they weren't going to dispose of it properly.

I suppose now the weather's getting colder, though, that it would serve as a hand-warmer for a little while and maybe they then hang it up for others' use as you suggest once it's gone cold?
