HMRC are very aggressive these days (nothing wring with that) and the service company is currently a hot hot target. They are just all over this at the moment eg User Posted Link or User Posted Link

Google around service companies and HMRC.

I’m not an accountant, I’m just a lawyer who only gets consulted when it’s all gone wrong. So maybe I’m jaundiced. But I’d be very, very careful.

If you want to have a go, then I know people who use these accountants User Posted Link They are (in my view) aggressive about what works and some people like that approach - I don’t, but others do and those accountants seem to get results.
