PM People who have a clue about cars

1st off, I know virtually nothing about cars.

I have a leased car I got in 2016. As part of the deal I have to take and pay for the car to be serviced annually. I did this at local dealership last year and it cost me £220. I phoned up to arrange this year's and they said it will be £325.

I questioned the increase in price and was told something about due to the age it needs a full oil change and some other stuff I didn't really grasp - does this sound right or am I being fleeced?
