One of my kids is a Mx.

It's pronounced "mix". Which gives rise to several hilarious Dad jokes along the lines of "Little Mix", "Mix'n'match", "mixtape", etc etc etc.

I would be very surprised if anyone whose title is Mx, or who is trans or non-binary, was consulted in the making of the word "womxn".
