as a decent possibility. It's mainly because it's such a cowboy lash-up half-arsed job, with no indication of the scaffold firm that did it. Turns out it's just been done by a mate of a mate of the f**king weird hermit bloke who owns the house. He's lived there for two years and I think I've clapped eyes on him about three times.
