For me, the interest is why Tim his has happened and I suppose we may never know

The optimistic slant on it is Stone just wanted a change or has something else lined up and the club has acted swiftly to fill the void with people who already know the club.

The pessimistic slant is that this has somehow been engineered by a highly ambitious couple who have worked themselves into a McNallyesque (latter years) position of power within the club over a relatively short space of time which may or may not prove to be a concern in the longer term.
