doesn't this new structure do the opposite re control?

Previously it was Stone & Webber calling the shots, now it's Webber and these two other bods, so in theory he has less clout if the other two don't agree with him?

I always find it interesting when a senior leaves and his (or her) work are absorbed by colleagues. Makes me wonder just how important/busy that senior bod was if they don't need to be replaced.
