I offer three possible Opinions. You can takes your pick:

1 - The group is already weak and, as one of the poorer Cat 1 clubs, our recruitment options are limited. Also the promotion of Idah & injury to others has further hindered the U18s.
2 - The previous lot were such amateurs that we had to sack them all. It will take ages to set things right & match the high standards set by the Huddersfield Academy ((c) Webber)
3 - The changes to the Academy (sackings, loss of productive relationships) have undone all the previous good work. Players who might have signed for City have now not done so; players who might have stayed at City have moved on ((c) A Sacked Coach)
