Imagine if the vending machine at work was replace with subsidised snacks

And staff were offered to take snacks in good faith and put 20p minimum for each item? It would work for about 3 days and then people would see others taking items for free, and then everyone would just take things without putting in

The vending machine would be installed 2 weeks later and people would be back paying 80p for crisps and £1 for a can of coke

If the manager or team leader isn't in for 2 weeks, people start taking longer for breaks the rota is ignored

Wotb is the same. Without trusted order people form groups and corrupt it.

This place has been a brilliant social experment about how people are with each other
