Only in as far as no team “deserves” to win as sport is not decided by a moral issue. However, if you were to say which team’s performance merited a victory based on chances, creativity, positivity and all round play then today’s result is a travesty. Fuck, we even had to score for them.

Yes, before anyone posts it, I know there’s only one statistic that matters but if that’s why you watch and support a football team then you have no soul.
