Any Wrathers know Birmingham well?

I'm looking to book a fairly good budget hotel in Birmingham close to the o2 Academy in early December.

Any recommendations?

Lots of cheap rooms with Premier Inns at the moment.

It's a shithole. My recommendation: get away from Birmingham as fast as you can.

Hyatt Regency is nice. Not stayed at any other Brum hotels.
