Press news in...

We have arrived at Colney Training Centre where Daniel Farke will speak to the press ahead of tomorrow's home game against Stoke City.

----------------------------------------------------------------

DF: Onel [Hernandez] is available. Maybe not for the full 90 minutes but to have him as an option for 30 minutes is good and then after the international break he will be fully fit. At the moment there is not much need to change the squad. Ben [Marshall] will have an appearance with the U-23s again today and I think he will be fully fit after the international break.

DF: We have to find the right balance to see what players fit together and I think we have had a good balance in the last few weeks so we don't want to break the rythym too much.

DF: With all respect for the award [Manager of the Month] and those who won, I'm not a believer in individual rewards, I am a big believer in team performance. My only focus is to be successful with my team and there is no doubt we have done it this month. There is no doubt we are the Club of the month and that important for me. It is important for me that we are there with good performances and we will look to go on in October.

DF: I am full of respect for Stoke and the squad. When you analyse the team it is probably the most experienced in the whole league. I'm pretty sure they will finish in a much higher position at the end of the season and it is still a close table.

DF: We have to be aware of this quality of players, when they have a good day they are able to be there with outstanding performances. After their last win their self-confidence will be there and we know we need a really good performance to have a chance. We need our fans and lot of support to be one unit at Carrow Road, that will be really important. We will be rebellious again and try to give everything.

DF: I can't praise the lads enough, I am really enjoying working each day with these players. We have got a good balance between experienced players and really unbelievable, brilliant characters in the young guys who are desperate to wear the yellow shirt.

DF: The most impressive thing is that we are there with consistency in performances and results. To have a young squad and be there able to make it NINE games unbeaten, I just can't praise them enough. I am really happy and I hope we can go on in this way.

DF: I am totally happy for James Maddison because I know how desperate he is to develop his career. Although he is young he has an unbelievable attitude and that he is already there in Gareth Southgate's plans [for England] is a sign of his talent.

DF: I am happy for Max [Aarons] and Jamal [Lewis] because it is a great honour to be able to play for your country. Jamal had no pre-season and has been playing every game, so you are a bit concerned that with this workload they have to have some rest. But I am happy for them and we have to find the right balance for their load.

DF: It's important that we are there with a good home performance and able to win many points at home because it is our living room and to be able to make a fortress out of it is good. We have got a lot of respect for our opponents and everyone who comes to Carrow Road knows it is a tough place to go.

DF: I look at the table but more in the last games of the season. It is nice to be in this position but it is a close table. I am pleased we have won many points so far, but it is too early to judge.

DF: I am totally happy for school teachers day and thank them for their hard work and endurance, they deserve our thanks.
