We have arrived at Colney Training Centre where Daniel Farke will speak to the press ahead of tomorrow's game away against Derby County.
------------------------------------------------------------
DF: We are all ok, we had some problems with Marco Stiepermann feeling sick before and after the game. But he seems to be ok and was able to train today so no doubt for tomorrow.
DF: Louis Thompson also felt it in his hamstring but he is ok and able to travel with us. Todd Cantwell had a swollen eye but is also ok. Some good news with Onel Hernandez, he was able to be with us for the first time on the training pitch today. It will be a bit soon for Derby but he should be able to be with us for Stoke.
DF: There is no progress with Kenny McClean at the moment. He is still feeling some pain which is worrying.
Grant Hanley had his last injection this week and he will have another scan this week. If everything is ok then hopefully during the international break he can return to team training.
DF: We will make a late decision if Ben Marshall is in the squad. We have got some good options. We still have some important players injured so we have good competition. But there is not a lot of reason to change the squad.
DF: When you have a big load it is always a question of whether you bring some recreated players onto the pitch or stick with those who have been involved before not to break the rhythm.
DF: The break from Saturday afternoon to Wednesday evening is not too bad and normally it is enough time to recreate. The time between the Derby game and the Stoke game is a bit shorter. We have some really good opportunies to bring some recreated players in - for example Mario Vrancic was crucial when he came in. Also Tom Trybull is training on an outstanding level, and we've got Alex Tettey who seems to be a pretty big threat in the opponent's box.
DF: Marco had some slight injury problems in the last season, and especially when we want to play him in the central role it is crucial that you are strong. He joined us in each and every session in pre-season and he is in outstanding condition and is coming into his rhythm in the midfield role. He is crucial at the moment for us.
DF: Derby had a really good summer transfer window, they have some experienced Championship players and also some young players. I think Frank Lampard does a really good job and we are full of respect. I think this team will finish in a very high position.
DF: When you have this big win at Manchester United and everyone is excited and full of praise and then you have Bolton and it is diffiult to be there with a really good performance in the leagaue too. We know we face one of the toughest tasks in the league.
DF: It's a tough job and you can't compare the life of the player and the role of the job. He [Frank Lampard] was a world-class and very experienced player and I think he has so far done an outstanding job. They are always able to create chances.
DF: I think it's important that we focus on our game and our process and the basic stuff we have to do in order to be there with a good performance. The young players have to learn that when you are there with good result and a good league position people expect even more and you have to learn to handle this. We can't avoid this and we can't protect them too much so they have to learn to handle the pressure and also when people want to interview and praise them. We have to keep them on the ground with both feet and stay calm.
