We're not using him properly at the moment. We tend to pass the ball around at the back,

inviting the opposition to move up the field, leaving acres of space behind them. Onel hangs on the last defender but instead of putting a ball over the top to use his pace, we pass to feet and give the opposition that much more time to organise. He's a good dribbler, but he has real pace, and we're not using that fully.
