Best away supporters to visit Carrow Rd

The last few home games I’ve attended the away support has been really poor in numbers and vocal support. Was thinking who is the best following in my time coming to Carrow Rd since 1986.
Man Utd and Spurs always sell out and really get behind their team but Aston Villa in the first Premier League season sung non stop and even though half time.
Who is the best set of fans out of interest you have seen?
