Any techy people on here? I Follow advice needed....

I have subscribed to I Follow. I have the app on my Samsung s9+. I have bought an HDMI adaptor that is especially designed for thus phone. When I plug into my Smart TV the picture is great but it lags behind the commentary by about a second. This may not sound much but it is f**king irritating and ruins the enjoyment of the game for me.

Can anything be done to get the sound and picture in synch?
