not in this case, the standard is probable cause

as this is a lifetime nominee to the SC we're talking about here. He doesn't have to be seen as innocent or guilty but if there's enough of a stench about it then he clearly can't be confirmed.

I think today's hearing made that abundantly clear to me. His evasive and anger seem like clear signals that there's a lot of truth in all of this.
