And rail regulation and the complicated web of franchisees, roscos, leasecos, banks, regulators, network rail, manufacturers, maintainers etc etc

So much waste. So much inefficiency. Margins on margins. Too many f**king lawyers.

Rationalise and, if necessary, re-nationalise the lot.
