You do make money on a huge turnover but they are toughies, I leave it to my manager so I don’t drag up overheads. That said, the lease I own is worth a lot.

Don’t regret it but it won’t get you a holiday home in Spain by itself, just found out it’s one of those businesses you stand back from and let it tick.
