They were given a massive rent discount to take it on.

first year they paid only £100 a month on a tenancy at will agreement, then got a big discount on its alleged market rent (£55,000 at the time) to take the remainder of the 20 year lease. That lease is now up, Enterprise want paying, and top dollar as usual. Wankers
