EI are a total racket, amazing such a business can exist

They don't give a hoot - either screw the landlord or sell the land and put up flats.

A lot of these recently are due to the end of old Norwich Brewery 20 year+ tenancy / subtenancy agreements. EI immediately putting the boots in to get hold of the property they've been salivating over.

Scumbags.
