We have arrived at Colney Training Centre where Daniel Farke will speak to the press ahead of tomorrow's match away against Reading
-------------------------------------------------------------
DF: We have to play without Kenny McClean, Louis Thompson, Grant Hanley and Ivo Pinto.
Ivo has retutned back to training but he won't travel with us to Reading. We also have to do without Ben Marshall who is ill and not able to travel without and Onel Hernandez who has a hernia and is having an operation. He will be out for the next two and a half weeks.
DF: Onel has had the problem for several weeks. We were hoping to be able to stretch it to the next break, but it depends on how much pain the player is in.
We are all a bit sad and dissapointed because he was in good shape and really crucial for us, but it is the best for him.
DF: It is good when you are there with a good performance and good result to feel really happy. We should allow the players to feel happy after such a performance. They are experience enough to know how close the Championship is and that each and every game is difficult.
DF: To be able to travel [to Reading] with lots of self confidence is good and the pressure is more on the home team after this weekend when we picked up three points
DF: They [Reading] were pretty possesion based in the last season, but now they are more of a direct side and don't have as many tall players on the pitch like Middlesbrough had. It will be 100% a different game. They like to play with really quality players on the wings.
DF: Stierpermann was crucial to our win and was there with a really good performance. There is still a small quesiton mark by his name for Reading after he picked up a injury during the Middlesbrough game but I hope he can be there with us.
DF: Even during pre-season whenever I needed him [Zimmermann] he was always there with a good performance. I am totally pleased with Christoph and his development. He can still improve, for example in the first half he gave one or two throw ins away, but I can always count on Christoph. He understands what we want in tactical terms and he is an intelligent player.
DF: I don't like to praise players too much but Onel is crucial to our game at the moment. He has scored and has also been there with many assists and he can sometimes really create something special and magic on the pitch.
It's a really big blow that he is not with us for the next games but you have to sometimes handle the injuries of pretty important players and I'm pretty sure we will find a solution
DF: I got the feeling last season our biggest problem against the sides that are more solid in defending was that we were not able to create enough chances, but this season we are always able to create something and score.
DF: I expect a close game tomorrow, but each and every game in the Championship is close and you have to fight for each and every point.
DF: I like when coaches are working on detailed stuff and small improvements and in the last few games I got the feeling we gave many throw ins away. So in the last few weeks we have worked on the technique of the throw in and how we cover it. It is a topic we have had to improve on.
