I guess you could get a cheap mp3 player (15 quid) and upload audio books onto that from a computer) getting them.

Emusic had an audio book subscription service. But I guess you could buy individual books via iTunes or any other equivalent service) like amazon.

Or bung an sd card in your phone if it can do that, and use that instead?
