The "lefty remain" argument was not anything to do with a bus... That was the

"righty leave" argument. The "lefty leave", and also essentially anybody with any capability, interest in or willingness to research regardless of what they voted, simply used the "righty leave" Bus NHS argument as an example of the falsehoods which the Leave campaign were dressing up as benefits of leaving the EU.

Have to say I am stunned that this long after the vote, both Remain and Leave voters are still just that. Polarised, incapable of stepping back and looking at the facts (where they even exist), opportunities and risks of both choices and re-evaluating their decision. It's still like a bunch of kids in a playground in 1981 arguing over whether Adam & the Ants or Shakin' Stevens is the best.
