Yisty some bloke said “when fast floods hit, lots of people die. And that’s what is about

to happen”. As in what is about to happen is that they will get fast flooding so people who hadn’t taken the evacuation order seriously should hurry up and get the f**k out.

News reports quote “lots of people will die”.
