Just wander around! So many amazing corners off the main drag.

Take umbrellas or raincoats for sure ...

Avoid gondolas BUT - if you can stretch to it, a water taxi from the airport makes a brilliant start to the trip (then get the water bus back at the end - it’s driving by water taxi that’s so cool)
