I don’t think clubs should be able to stockpile young players

Ok there may be genuine reasons why a player wants/needs to move but academy contracts should mean something and clubs should not be able to have more than x players over a certain age on their books to stop the likes of Chelsea and Man City just hoovering up anyone they think might make it in the knowledge they can just loan them out if necessary when they get beyond the youth team.

Just my view though.
