I'm going to attempt a kind of explanation here. You mentioned that I respond to your posts aggressively, which I don't think I do. It isn't the intention, or it certainly wasn't to the other day in any case. If at other times I have in the past, then it must be a long time ago as I can't remember them.

The comment about "go get some new owners" was only meant to be flippant, frustrated that you seemed kind of determined to disagree with me and take what I was saying out of context. You obviously didn't take it that way, for whatever reason. And obviously it's not like we can change the board at the drop of a hat, I really don't think we have wealthy benefactors queueing up to buy the club. Maybe it'd be nice, but that's not the point.

Anyway, I don't want to think that I'm responsible for bad feeling on the board so I apologise for causing offence. I personally think that there's nothing wrong with robust argument and I'm not offended by anything you wrote - for example, I wasn't complaining about you saying I had double standards, I was merely pointing out that you *had* written it. I happen to think you were wrong about that, but that's life.
