A f**kton of butter. High heat (stainless pan with a copper bottom lads, don't f**k around, metal spoon), generous glob of butter in the pan to melt, seasoned and lightly beaten eggs in, attack that f**ker with the spoon like your life depends on it, and then, when it's still quite wet, take it off the heat entirely (don't just turn off the gas, put it on an actually cold hob) and put in the rest of the butter and leave it a minute or so for the butter to melt and the wet eggs to stiffen. Mix well before serving. Et voila.
