Just watching the Vuelta on ITV4. Commentators just announced that

Nelson Olivera of the Movistar Cycling team has punctured.
Explains a lot about where the he'll he has been the last couple of weeks.... (Apologies if any other cycling wrathers have already noted this coincidence).
