Pretty shocking. I had similar parking at Whitlingham a couple of years ago. They leave

it until they're confident you've thrown the ticket away and then send you a threatening letter. I didn't respond, got another threatening letter, asked for evidence that I hadn't paid, and heard nothing more.

The Welsh Assembly is banning car parking charges at hospitals, which is totally the right thing to do. Just fund the NHS properly so hospitals don't need to fleece ill people or their relatives.
