I replied by suggesting this clearly wasn't true... because we started protesting against Chase before we'd gone down from the Prem. Nowadays, we wouldn't protest against Delia even if we went down to League 1!

If that's not patronising, condescending, ridiculously dismissive and all the rest of it, I don't know what is. Strangely, it wasn't a sentiment used by almost anyone during the Chase Out protests.

Those are the double standards I was referring to. One rule for him, another for Delia. And there's a further double standard too: you're regularly rude and abrasive in your responses to me, then you get angry and complain about me citing your 'double standards'.

It takes two. You're not some wronged party in all this; and you certainly don't hold yourself to the same standards as you do with me.
