I very much agree OG

And for whats its worth I agree with much of what CWC says. You can argue convincingly either way as to whether the last 20 years have been successful or otherwise. Triuth is there have been some successes, some failures, some mistakes and some good decisions. Some of us would argue one camp outweighs the other but the absolutely key question is how we move forward and how we retaiuiun competitiveness.

As CWC says, money doesn't guarantee success, especially when everyone else also has it. A wealthy club making bad decisions or with a poor manager is unlikely to succeed. However, going down our proposed route in my view leaves little or no margin for error and means that consistently excellent decision making is required for us to succeed in an increasingly challenging environment and I think means the club cannot afford to be indecisive and let seasons drift if things are not going well as they have often done in the past.
