My parents' house yeah. He used to do the NCFC scratch card thing and delivered them

to the newsagents (next to the greengrocer's). My parents knew him via the owners of the shop, so he would pop in for a cup of tea sometimes after delivering the cards. Liked a digestive with it, so we used to call him Duncan Biscuits.

In fact I got a little plastic black and white camera for my birthday when I was about 5 I suppose, and the first photo take with it was of me in the garden, taken by Forbes after he'd helped me put it together.

My family and the family who ran the shops were friends (still are) so I would often hang around the shops when I was a young kid, and "help out". The Fashanus often came in, usually together, and were always polite and friendly. Must have been just before, and just as Justin broke through to the first team.

So basically, that's how I started supporting Norwich City, which I think is a nice reason, looking back - I felt the "family club" atmosphere before I even knew anything about the team. Neither of my parents gave a s**t about any sport. My mate's dad used to take me along to my first games (even up to Wembley in 85) since my own dad was uninterested.

Used to get a lot of Norwich players around those shops across from where we lived - Fleck and Putney were always at the Chinese too (Fleck was really friendly and always said hello, Putney used to pose and do stretches in front of the window). Norwich used to train at Trowse and think back in those days, before they were all multi millionaires, quite a few lived out around the Poringland area.
