SUGGESTION: de-angsting the wrath

All logged in non-lurking posters should see a new button to the right of where it says "log out" (or anywhere else convenient on the screen). If more than two thirds of those logged in, as long as that number is over (say) twenty, press that button within (say) five minutes of each other, the background changes from yellow to Deep Cerise for one hour.

After a loss, or in the midst of a wrathoff, this should help calm posters and make the wrath a more welcoming, inclusive place to post.

Foreground text would need to change to cyan or something like it, but in such a way that we don't look like Villa.

I think this is a positive suggestion to deal with chronic ninnyism and I commend it to the wrath.
