The whole club - Lambert, the players, McNally and Bowkett - did in 2010/11. It was something approaching a financial miracle: not just to get up on such a low wage bill, but establish ourselves in the Prem, if only for a time.

But miracles can't happen twice. Not without the one-off momentum we created; not without catching lightning in a bottle. Even Lambert seemed to recognise that, which is why he left really.
